| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Bat Assessment dated 14/08/2025 and completed by Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy report and submitted with this application. In particular:- - If a bat is observed, work must stop immediately and an appropriately qualified specialist should be consulted for next steps. - Lighting to be low-powered (i.e. lux level of 3 or less), downward-pointing to minimise the level of impact from lighting on bats. - The installation of a bat box under the eaves either on the exterior walls (e.g. Schwegler 1WQ/1FF bat box) or fitted into the walls (Habibat 001 bat box). - The installation of a bat box (Schwegler 1WQ/1FF bat box Vincent Pro Bat Box) on nearby trees in the garden at minimum height of 4.5m, facing away from external illumination and facing in a south-east or south-west orientation. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
