Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents: – Site Location - Block Plan - Details - Planning and Heritage Statement (Received 11/6/2024) - NT Response to Stateholders (Installation of four sculptures at Croome Court) (Received 26/7/2024) - NT Historic Statue Addendum (Received 13/3/2025) - Croome Four Seasons - Location - Croome Four Seasons - Location Mock Up 1 - Croome Four Seasons - Proposed Sculpture Site Example 1 - Croome Four Seasons - Proposed Sculpture Site Example 2 - Croome Four Seasons - Photos 132543 & 132743 Reason: To define the permission.
The developer shall afford access at all times following a written request by the Local Planning Authority to any archaeologist nominated by the local planning authority, and shall allow him to observe the excavations and record items of interest and finds. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets in accordance with policy SWDP 6 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
