The development hereby approved shall only be used privately, incidental to the dwellinghouse known as 6 High Green and shall not be used for any non-incidental trade, business or commercial enterprise whatsoever. Reason: To prevent harm to the amenity of the local area and nearby residences in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
