Condition Details / Information Notes
Due to the lightweight construction of the building it would require an extensive overhaul with substantial building works, including new structural walls, and new materials and as such the existing building is not considered to be capable of conversion and does not have the permitted development rights under Paragraph 105 Reference ID: 13-105-20180222 . In view of this the building operations necessary for the building to function as a dwelling would go beyond reasonably necessary and the proposal does not comply with Class Q Part Q1 (j) and Q.2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 (as amended).
