The development hereby permitted must be commenced not later than the expiration of three years from the date of the original permission 21/02004/FUL dated 11th March 2022. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Sections 73 and 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). |
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans & Documents: AL 000,001 Rev A, 300a, 301 Rev B, 301a, 302 Rev B, 303a, 303 Rev B, 304 Rev B 305 & 306. Reason: define the permission. |
The premises shall be used for a mixed use of agricultural, educational and visitor centre and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification. Reason: Due to the specific circumstances of the case and to prevent harm to the surrounding landscape character and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the preliminary ecology report carried out by Middlemarch Environmental dated September 2021 and submitted with this application. In particular those set out on page 23 of the report. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
