Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – - Staffordshire Blue Reclaimed tiles Received 18th December 2023 - Design and Access Statement, Received 18th December 2023 - Heritage Statement, Received 18th December 2023 - Bat Survey, Received 11th July 2024 - Drawing number 1099 Northern Range Roofs and Elevations - Drawing number 1099 Southern Range Roofs and Elevations - Drawing Number 1099 Stables Roofs and Elevations Reason: To define the permission.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with all the mitigation, compensation and enhancement recommendation set out in Section 5. Ecological evaluation, mitigation and enhancement of the Bat Survey report produced by Sharpe Ecology, dated July 2024 unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority or varied by a bat licence subsequently issued by Natural England. On completion of works, the development shall be inspected by a qualified ecologist and a statement of conformity and a copy of any bat licences and licence monitoring returns as appropriate shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to confirm the mitigation and enhancement measures for biodiversity have been successfully implemented in accordance with the details approved under this condition. Reason - To ensure that the proposed development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and for the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development and to ensure compliance with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended) and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations (2017).

In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:- seeking further information following receipt of the application; - considering the imposition of conditions . In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
