Condition Details / Information Notes
The applicant has failed to submit compelling justification regarding the siting of the new barn away from the existing farm yard and the proposed siting would result in a visually prominent and isolated building on elevated land visible from numerous public vantage points to the determinent of the character and appearance of the open countryside. Accordingly the proposed development would conflict with Policies SWDP 21 and SWDP 25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
