Condition Details / Information Notes
The proposed works to the west gable to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be completed before the expiration of three months beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the design is in keeping with the existing building and represents quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents: - Location Plan - Drawing no. 07 Rev A (Location & Block Plan) - Drawing no. 20 Rev H (Proposed Ground Floor Plan) - Drawing no. 21 Rev G (Proposed First Floor Plan) - Drawing no. 24 Rev I (Proposed Elevations). Reason: To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the proposed parts of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour, texture, size, coursing, jointing and pointing those used in the existing building. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways: - providing pre-application advice; - seeking further information following receipt of the application; - seeking amendments to the proposed development following receipt of the application; - considering the imposition of conditions and or the completion of a s.106 legal agreement. In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
