Condition Details / Information Notes
The mobile unit hereby permitted shall be removed from the site and the land restored to its condition before the development commenced within three years from the date of this permission. Reason: The mobile unit is not suitable for permanent retention due to its materials and use, in line with policy SWDP19 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. To avoid the long term establishment of a separate unit of residential accommodation in an isolated location without sufficient justification in accordance with policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – C117-7-1 - Location Plan and C117-7-2 - Block Plan. Reason: To define the permission.
Occupation of the static caravan shall be limited to a person or persons solely or mainly working at the equestrian enterprise at the site, to additional workers and to visiting customers of the equestrian enterprise at the site. Reason: The proposed dwelling/mobile unit would be situated in the open countryside, outside any defined settlement boundary where new housing development will be strictly controlled. The proposed dwelling/mobile unit is justified as it serve the essential needs of an equestrian business operation in line with policy SWDP19 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. To grant permission without such a condition would be contrary to policies SWDP2 and SWDP19 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan .
The owners/operators of the accommodation hereby approved shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all occupiers of the unit/accommodation. This register shall be made available within 1 calendar month of a written request by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The proposed accommodation would be situated in the open countryside, outside any defined settlement boundary where new residential development will be strictly controlled. The proposed accommodation is only acceptable in relation to the equestrian enterprise in accordance with policy SWDP12 and SWDP19 and SWDP36 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. To grant permission without such a condition would be contrary to policy SWDP2, SWDP12 and SWDP19 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan .
Within one month of the date of this permission details of a bat roosting feature and a bird nesting box shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing.  The details to be submitted shall include an implementation timetable. The feature(s) shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and in accordance with the approved timetable. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
