Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans:-
463-LP-01, 463-P-10 rev E, 463-P-11 ref F, 463-P-12 rev J, 463-P-13 rev B, 463-P-14.
Reason: To define the permission.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) (or any order revoking, re-enacting, substituting, amending, extending, consolidating, replacing or modifying that Order), no additions or alterations to the roof of the dwellinghouse [other than those expressly authorised by this permission] shall be constructed/carried out on the application site following the completion/first occupation of the development hereby permitted.
Reason: To protect neighbouring amenity in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (February 2016).
The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the access, turning area and parking facilities shown on Drawing 463 -P-10 rev E proposed site plan has been provided. These areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for their respective approved uses at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
This approval must be read in conjunction with Outline Planning permission Ref M/22/01604//OUT and the conditions attached hereto.
Positive and Proactive Statement. In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:-
- seeking further information following receipt of the application;
- seeking amendments to the proposed development following receipt of the application;
- considering the imposition of conditions and or the completion of a s.106 legal agreement.
In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
