Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form dated the 11 July 2022 and the following approved plans: Site Location Plan, submitted 11 July 2022 Existing Block Plan, dated July 2022 Existing Floor Plans, dated July 2022 Existing Elevation Plans, dated July 2022 Proposed Block Plan, dated July 2022 Proposed Floor Plan, dated July 2022 Proposed Elevation Plans, dated July 2022 Proposed Garden Room Plans, dated July 2022 Heritage Statement, dated 5 August 2022 Water Management Strategy, dated 5 August 2022 Reason: To ensure a satisfactory development and to avoid any ambiguity as to what constitutes the permission.
No demolition or construction works shall take place outside the hours of: 07:30-18:00 Monday to Friday; 09:00-13:00 Saturday; and No Activity on Sundays or Bank Holidays Reason: In the interests of the amenity of the area
