Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans: 01 Fishing Pool, 01A Stables building, 01A Hay/straw extension 02B Site Location Plan and 04 'Site Plan 'as built'. Reason: To define the permission.
The use of the stables and tack room building, and the extension undertaken to the storage barn shall be limited solely to the private keeping of horses or an agricultural use and shall not be used for any commercial or public equestrian enterprise or business (including livery) without permission being granted by the Local Planning Authority obtained through the means of a full planning application. Reason: The Local Planning Authority would wish to consider the implications of a commercial or other more intensive use having regard to residential amenity, traffic generation and highway safety in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (February 2016).
• The safety of the public using the right of way is to be ensured at all times. • No disturbance of, or change to, the surface of the path or part thereof should be carried out without our written consent. • No diminution in the width of the right of way available for use by the public. • Buildings materials must not be stored on the right of way. • Vehicle movements and parking to be arranged so as not to unreasonably interfere with the public’s use of the right of way. • No additional barriers are to be placed across the right of way. No stile, gate, fence or other structure should be created on, or across, a public right of way without the written consent of the Highway Authority.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
