Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference 21/00049/CLE registered on 12 January 2021 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Existing Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reason :- Evidence demonstrates that on the balance of probability the building erected as a dwellinghouse in excess of 4 years and known as the 'Cabin' at Wordley Farm, Dunley, Stourport on Severn, DY13 0UT has not been in residential use as a dwelling for a period of 10 years or more. That the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice constitutes development within the meaning of Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) thus requiring planning permission.
FIRST SCHEDULE: Building erected as a dwellinghouse in excess of 4 years as identified on the location plan drawing number 2074 1006 attached to this certificate. SECOND SCHEDULE: Wordley Farm. Dunley, Stourport on Severn, DY13 0UT.
