Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 7 August 2020 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :- That the use described in the First Schedule commenced at least ten years before the date of the application for this Certificate and that the development described in the First Schedule has been substantially completed for at least four years before the date of the application for this Certificate.
FIRST SCHEDULE: Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing equestrian use of land and four stables and a tack room as outlined in red on the Location Plan at a scale of 1:2500 labelled DY130TZ/ER/GL/Location V2 August 2020 and plan number DY130TZ/ER/GL-Block attached with this certificate. SECOND SCHEDULE: Land at (Os 7921 6935), Dunley.
