Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 15 April 2020 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- That the matter described in the First Schedule constitutes ”permitted development” under the provision of Schedule 2 Part 1, Class A, Class B and Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and would not require the express consent of any planning authority.
FIRST SCHEDULE - proposed two storey rear extension and single storey side extension to the property and ancillary outbuilding within the curtilage of the property as shown on plans- Location Plan Scale 1:1250 and drawing number 3836-07B as attached to this Certificate. SECOND SCHEDULE - Wood Farm, Burnthorne Lane, Dunley, Stourport on Severn, DY13 0TP.
