The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and drawings – Church-Plan-001 Rev H unless otherwise required by conditions attached to this permission. Reason: To define the permission and to ensure that the development meets the design quality and environmental requirements of the Development Plan |
