Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 26/05/2026 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- The proposed conversion of two dwellinghouses to a single dwelling would not result in a material change of use, remaining as use Class C3. As such the conversion would not constitute development as defined by Section 55(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The external works as proposed as part of the conversation have been assessed under the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A. C, D and G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and are considered "permitted development", therefore would not require the express consent of any planning authority.
