Condition Details / Information Notes
Prior to their first occupation, the dwellings hereby approved shall not be occupied until details of a surfaced, drained access and parking area are submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Following the written approval of the Local Planning Authority, the surfacing shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of safe site access and egress in accordance with policy SWDPR 06.
