| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans: - PL001 - PL002- Rev A - PL006- Rev B - PL007- Rev B - PL0010- Rev A - PL011- Rev A Reason: To define the permission in accordance with policies SWDPR01 and SWDPR03 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026 and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| No building operations above slab floor level shall take place until details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby approved, including details relating to proposed windows and doors, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to ensure that the extensions and detached classroom are of a high design quality, in the interests of protecting the visual amenity of the application site and surrounding area, and in the interests of protecting the significance of the listed building and the settings of surrounding heritage assets, in accordance with policies SWDPR 05, SWDPR 09, SWDPR 28 and SWDPR 33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (2026) and Chapters 12 and 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary. |
