Condition Details / Information Notes
The building’s curtilage as shown on the submitted plans fails to comply with the definition of ‘curtilage’ as set out within paragraph Q.3(1) of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). In light of this, it is considered that the proposed development does not constitute permitted development as per Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
Insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate that the proposed conversion would not have a detrimental impact on protected species. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies SWDPR 01 and SWDPR 29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (2026) and Chapter 15 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
