Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 15/01/2026 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan, would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), for the following reason :- That the matter described in the First Schedule constitutes “permitted development” under the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 4, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and therefore would not require the express consent of any planning authority.
