I write with regard to the above prior approval notification application for telecommunications development. Based upon the information provided with your application (listed below) I can confirm the Council hereby determine that prior approval as to the siting and appearance of the proposed development is required and HEREBY GRANTED subject to conditions.

The development shall be carried out in accordance with all the conditions set out under Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), as well as those set out below.
No development shall commence until an Environmental Colour Assessment (ECA) has been carried out (to inform the choice of external colour and tonality of the mast and associated equipment, to satisfactorily assimilate the mast into the surrounding landscape and minimise its visual impact on views to and from the Malvern Hills National Landscape) and that ECA has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the recommendations in the ECA and retained in the approved colour for the lifetime of the development.
Reason: To assist in integrating the mast and associated equipment into the wider landscape in accordance with Policies SWDP21, SWDP23 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
No development shall commence until samples and trade descriptions of the external colour and finish for the mast and a timescale for the colour to be applied to the mast has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority The development shall
be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained in that colour for the lifetime of the development.
Reason: To assist in integrating the mast and antenna into the wider landscape in accordance with Policies SWDP21, SWDP23 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
