Condition Details / Information Notes
The windows to the rear extension hereby approved shall be implemented in full within 12 months of the date of this permission and shall be retained thereafter. REASON: To ensure the timely implementation and retention of the windows in order to preserve the character and appearance of the listed building, in accordance with SWDP6, SWDP24 and the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – Location Plan Block Plan – Dwg No. 25-126-SP1 Proposed Plans and Elevations – Dwg No. 25-126-GA1C REV C Sections & Elevations Window Details – Dwg No. W1 REV B Reason: To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension and associated repairs shall be implemented in accordance with the Finishes Schedule submitted and approved under application reference 17/01822/HP and associated 17/01823/LB. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
All building works and repairs, hereby approved, shall be carried out in strict accordance with the revised Schedule of Works document sjd 02/08 and no further works or structural alterations, other than those expressly granted by this permission, shall be carried out without the necessary permission being granted prior to the works commencing. Reason - To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets in accordance with policies SWDP 6 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
