Condition Details / Information Notes
Future occupiers of the proposed development would be poorly connected to key services by sustainable travel modes and heavily reliant on a motor vehicle due to the location of the application site in relation to key residential amenities, the poor standard of the local walking and cycling environment, and the lack of local bus services. Therefore, the proposed development would occupy an unsustainable location, contrary to Policies SWDP 2 and SWDP 4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016), and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework, Chapter 9, particularly paragraphs 115 and 117 that require development to minimise the demand for travel and offer genuinely sustainable travel choices.
