Condition Details / Information Notes
The submitted plans are deficient in terms of window detail information, including that the glazing bars must be confirmed on the drawings to be true bars (as opposed to being stuck on/ applied) and also need to include the glazing bar sizes. Additionally, the timber hardwood material has not been confirmed and this detail is required in order to meet with the condition requirements.
The window glazing is unacceptable as it does not conform to the 12-14mm window glazing requirement for listed buildings. All of the affected windows are within the historic fabric of a Grade II listed building and as such, the details as submitted do not comply with the Policy requirements within the SWDPR or the NPPF.
