Thank you for your notification application of the proposed agricultural development as described above. Based upon the information provided with your application, I write to confirm the Council determine that the proposed development would not constitute Permitted Development. The proposed access track would exceed 1000 square metres in area and therefore exceed the limits under sub-paragraph (e)(i). The proposal would fail to comply with the criteria as set out under Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A (e)(i) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and would not constitute permitted development. Therefore, the proposal does not constitute permitted development and would require planning permission.
