Condition Details / Information Notes
The host dwelling is located within the Hallow Conservation Area (article 2(3) land), as such the proposed single storey extension would fail to comply with criterion (g) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The development would not constitute permitted development and planning permission will be required.
