| Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Protected Species Survey Report carried out by Paxford Ecology dated 3 October 2025 and submitted with this application. In particular: - Two Schwegler 2F bat boxes and one each of the Schwegler 1B (26 mm), 2H and 1B (32 mm) bird boxes will be installed on trees within the curtilage boundary. - The proposed works will be conducted in full accordance with the details set out under the Reasonable Avoidance Measures strategy on page 18 of the report. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
