The development would consist of development which would cover a ground area in excess of 1000m2, which would conflict with paragraph A.1 (e) The proposal therefore does not comply with paragraph Class A of Part 6 to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as amended by Statutory Instruments 2018 No343 The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order and Planning permission is required.
