Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that on the11th July 2025 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :-
That the use described in the First Schedule commenced at least ten years before the date of the application for this Certificate.
