I write with regard to the above prior approval notification application for telecommunications development. Based upon the information provided with your application (listed below) I can confirm the Council hereby determine that prior approval as to the siting and appearance of the proposed development is not required. - Drawing No. 100 Issue B - Drawing No. 200 Issue B - Drawing No. 201 Issue B - Drawing No. 300 Issue B - Drawing No. 301 Issue B The development shall be carried out in accordance with all the conditions set out under Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
