Condition Details / Information Notes
Development has commenced on site and the tree and hedgerow protection measures have not been implemented in accordance with the details of construction and location approved in relation to Condition 11. Furthermore, the application fails to include details of a site visit arranged between the Local Planning Authority and developer to verify the installation of the approved tree protection measures prior to any works, including site clearance, being carried out. Therefore, the measures as approved have failed to be implemented appropriately and condition 12 cannot be discharged.
