Condition Details / Information Notes
The application proposes demolition to the extent which is not reasonably necessary to carry out the proposed building operations and a significant proportion of the buildings/structures proposed to be demolished (including the silage clamp) are not contained within the red line boundary shown on the submitted location plan. The proposal therefore fails to comply with Q.1(i)(ii) of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and is therefore not permitted development.
