Condition Details / Information Notes
The proposed building operations would result in the removal of a significant proportion of the application building’s existing fabric, which would go beyond ‘partial demolition’. As such, it is considered that in order to function as a dwelling, the application building would require extensive demolition works that would go beyond those reasonably necessary to convert the building. In light of this, it is considered that the building is not already suitable for conversion to residential use and the proposal therefore fails to comply with paragraph Q.1(j) (ii) of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2024 (as amended).
