Condition Details / Information Notes
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans: - 417-P-01 rev E (Received July 2025).
Reason: To define the permission.
The development hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the following hours of:
Monday to Wednesday - 7am to 5pm
Thursday to Saturday - 7am to 10pm
Sunday - 9am to 5pm
Bank and Public Holidays - 9am to 1pm.
Reason:- To ensure the proposal preserves residential amenity and to prevent unacceptable noise pollution to the detriment of human health contrary to policy SWDP31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The proposed access shall be constructed in a bound material for the first 5 metres of the access into the parking area, measured from the edge of the carriageway, as depicted within the plan 417-P-01 rev.E within the three months from the date of this permission.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and the mitigation of loose detritus on the highway.
The secure cycle parking facilities shown on drawing 417-P-01 Rev E shall be installed within three months of the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with the Council’s parking standards.
The access, turning area and parking facilities shown on Drawing 417-P-01 Rev E shall be provided within three months of the date of this permission. These areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for their respective approved uses at all times.
Reason : In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
1 motorcycle parking space shall be demarked in accordance with the details shown on drawing 417-P-01 rev.E, within 3 months of the date of this permission and shall thereafter be kept available for that purpose.
Reason: To provide safe and suitable access for all
