Insufficient information has been submitted in order for an assessment to be made regarding the impacts of the development on bats, and in order for an assessment to be made as to whether any impacts of the development could be successfully mitigated. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy SWDP 22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016) and Chapter 15 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
