Part II - Particulars of Decision The Malvern Hills District Council hereby give notice that it agrees to discharge the planning obligations of the Section 106 Agreement as referred to in Part I hereof in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990, that the Freeholders will not ‘sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the accommodation (Barn Cottage) separately from the remainder of the Land’ or ‘occupy Barn Cottage at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the Farmer’s Arms, Birtsmorton’ as set out in Clauses 1 and 2, respectively, of the Schedule in the Original Agreement.
