Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The premises shall be used for residential (C3) use, or as a short stay holiday accommodation for up to 27 people (Sui Generis) and for no other purpose. Reason: To define the permission hereby granted and to preserve the amenities of the locality in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the provisions under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class V of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order.
The owners/operators of the holiday let business shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names and permanent addresses of all guests of the accommodation. This register shall be made available for inspection to the Local Planning Authority within 1 calendar month of a written request by the Local Planning Authority. Reason:. To facilitate monitoring of the use in the interests of residential amenity and to ensure the level of use remains of an appropriate scale for the location and building in accordance with policy SWDP35 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.

In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:- - providing guidance following an incorrect application type; - considering the imposition of conditions In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
