Condition Details / Information Notes
The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents: Application Form Bat Risk Avoidance Method Statement Heritage Statement Design and Access Statement 001 Location Plan 002 Existing and Proposed Floor and Roof Plans 003 Existing and Proposed Elevations Reason: To define the permission.
The roof tiles to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the roof repairs hereby permitted shall match in material, type, colour, texture, and size to the older ones in situ on the existing building. Any replacements should also be interspersed with the existing, not placed in a block. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Bat Risk Avoidance Method Statement report carried out by Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy dated October 2024 and submitted with this application. In particular, section 5.2 - Reasonable Avoidance Method Statement and 5.3 - Proposed Approach, Enhancements and Working Practices. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.

In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways: - considering the imposition of conditions In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
