Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference M/24/01647/CLE registered on 27/11/2024 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Existing Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reason :- Insufficient evidence of a precise and unambiguous nature, which demonstrates that on the balance of probabilities the application site was in continuous use for the stationing of a caravan for residential purposes for a period of at least 10 years up until the date of this application (22/11/2024), has been provided.
