The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To define the permission.
Before the commencement of development hereby permitted an ecological mitigation and enhancement scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The scheme shall be based on the recommendations contained within the Preliminary Ecological Assessment report by Sharpe Ecology dated November 2023 and shall include an implementation timetable. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and timetable. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
