Condition Details / Information Notes
The proposal to convert part of the barn would require two new doorways to be cut through the existing historic fabric of the building. Whilst this would lead to less than substantial harm to a designated heritage asset, this harm would not be outweighed by any public benefits, mindful that proposed use is considered to be unacceptable for the reasons set out in the accompanying planning application 24/01598/CU. Accordingly the consequent level of harm to the designated heritage asset would be unacceptable and contrary to Policies SWDP 6 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and Paragraphs 212, 213 and 215 of the NPPF.
