Thank you for your prior notification application of the proposed agricultural development as described above. This letter is to inform you that the proposed development would fail to comply with the criteria as set out under the GPDO 2015, Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A (b) given the previous planning history for a Class Q development (15/00929/PDU) within the established agricultural unit in the last 10 years. Therefore, the proposal does not constitute permitted development and would require planning permission.
