Reason: To define the permission. |
| Within 6 calendar months of the date of this permsion the first five metres of the improved access into the development, measured from the edge of the carriageway, shall be surfaced in a bound material. Reason: In the interests of highway safety. |
| The chapel lane access and hardstanding shall not be used for the drop off or pick up of pupils or by teaching staff. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and residential amenity of local residents. |
