Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that application reference M/24/01432/CLE registered on 19th November 2024 for a Certificate of Lawfulness Existing Use or Development is REFUSED in relation to the matter described in the First Schedule to this Notice in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Notice, for the following reason :- Insufficient evidence of a precise and unambiguous nature, which demonstrates that on the balance of probabilities the caravan was in continuous use as a separate residential unit for a period of at least 10 years up until the date of this application has been provided or that all the land edged red was in use as a caravan site for the requisite period given the physical and functional separation of the land to the east of the row of trees subdividing the site.
