| The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the access, parking and turning facilities have been provided as shown on drawing 10173-005 Rev A. Reason: To ensure conformity with summited details. |
| As part of the development hereby permitted provision shall be made for sheltered and secure cycle parking to comply with the Council’s adopted highway design guide and provided on site that shall be made available for use before first occupation and thereafter the approved cycle parking shall be kept available for the parking of bicycles. REASON: To comply with the Council’s parking standards. |
