Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AF HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 16th October 2024 the matter described in the First Schedule to this Certificate in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate and outlined in red on the plan attached to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason :- On the basis of the information submitted, and all other information available, the Local Planning Authority is satisfied that, on the balance of probability, the building known as Primrose Bungalow, 19 Larford Farm, Astley, Astley, Worcestershire was built as a dwelling and substantially completed more than four years ago. Accordingly, the Local Planning Authority accepts and confirms that the building has attained lawful status as a dwellinghouse.
FIRST SCHEDULE - Existing use of building as a domestic dwelling. SECOND SCHEDULE Location: Primrose Bungalow, 19 Larford Farm, Astley, Stourport On Severn, DY13 0SQ.
