Condition Details / Information Notes
The buildings which are subject of this prior notification would require external works for them to achieve a suitable standard of living for future occupants. The change of use of the buildings from Use Class E to Use Class C to create self contained dwellings would only be compliant with the permitted development rights set out in class MA, Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country General Permitted Development Order 2024 (as amended), where it requires no external alterations. The installation of windows/doors would be contrary to conditions of class MA as the development, without any external works, would fail to provide an adequate level of natural light to each of the habitable rooms.
