Condition Details / Information Notes
Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents – "Location Plan" "Block Plan" Reason: To define the permission.
The use hereby permitted shall not be operate outside the following hours of: 7:00-20:00 Mondays – Sundays (April to September) and 8:00-16:30 Mondays to Sundays (October to March). And not at all on Bank Holidays. Reason:- To ensure the proposal preserves residential amenity and to prevent unacceptable noise pollution to the detriment of human health contrary to policy SWDP31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan
The dog walking field hereby approved shall be limited to one customer with a maximum of 6 dogs at a time. Reason: To ensure amenity is not adversely impacted due to noise in accordance with SWDP 21 and SWDP 31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The use hereby approved shall be operated in accordance with the mitigation measures outlined within the Noise Management Plan and this shall be maintained for the lifetime of the use. Reason: To mitigate the noise and highways issues arising from an overabundance of visitors to the site in accordance with Policies SWDP 4 and SWDP 21.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2 , Part 2, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order, 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) other than the 1.8 metre post and wire perimeter fence, no other means of enclosure shall be erected without the submission and subsequent approval of a separate application for planning permission. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity in accordance with Policy SWDP21 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.

In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways - seeking further information following receipt of the application; - considering the imposition of conditions In such ways the Council has demonstrated a positive and proactive manner in seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the planning application.
The applicant's attention is drawn to the need to ensure that the provision of the visibility splay(s) required by this consent is safeguarded in perpetuity.
